Who we are

Fractional Farming operates an online marketplace that connects everyday backers with fractional ownership opportunities in real agricultural assets — including farmland, orchards, vineyards, livestock, greenhouses, and processing infrastructure.

We provide the platform on which campaign providers list opportunities. We are not the issuer of any investment and do not hold your funds.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Platform. By using it, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are not barred from participating under the laws that apply to you.

Expressions of interest

Submitting an enquiry or “expression of interest” through the Platform is not a binding commitment to invest, nor an offer or acceptance of any security.

A member of the relevant provider’s team will contact you to complete any subsequent steps, which may be subject to separate agreements, documentation, and verification.

Investment risk

Agricultural investments carry risk. Returns are not guaranteed and depend on factors outside anyone’s control, including weather, disease, commodity prices, input costs, and market demand.

Projected returns and figures shown on the Platform are estimates only and may not be achieved. Fractional holdings may be illiquid and difficult to sell. You may receive back less than you contribute.

No financial advice

Information on the Platform is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We do not take into account your personal circumstances. You should seek independent professional advice before making any investment decision.

Your account

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

Providers and listings

Campaign providers are responsible for the accuracy of the information in their listings and for meeting their obligations to backers. While we take reasonable steps to review providers, we do not independently verify every claim and do not guarantee the performance of any campaign.

Fees

Where fees apply to a campaign or service, they will be disclosed before you commit. Annual holding costs and other charges shown on a listing are set by the relevant provider.

Intellectual property

The Platform, including its text, design, logos, and content, is owned by Fractional Farming or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without permission, except as allowed by these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fractional Farming is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from the performance of a campaign, the conduct of a provider, or your reliance on information published on the Platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
